I hope you do better in the short north than you did in Bexley. I visited the Bexley store with a Caucasian friend from Hilliard and everything was champagne and roses. However when I visited few weeks later the experience was completely different. I am an African-American female who was treated like a drunk homeless person off the street. You need to do a better job in how you interact with customers whether they dress up or not.
