Purchased thin clients and they came with no power supply. The post said no accessories, however, the thin clients are useless without power, so that means it is not an accessory (which by definition is a thing that can be added to something else in order to make it more useful, versatile, or attractive.) - I changed from a 1 to 5* because they just called me and said they are shipping the power supplies. That is excellent customer service (however, it is still smart to make sure what you need is what you get and if you don't get what you need to contact them)
