I wish I could give them a zero.... I am unable to travel due to my cousins wedding be cancelled bc of covid 19. They charged me $178 to cancel when I cancelled 46 days in advance. I am a single mother and find this highly disturbing.... shame on you. We will be traveling to Montana for their wedding when it is rescheduled.... you will never receive my business

The location you are referring to is not part of Glacier Raft Company or Glacier Outdoor Center. We have reached out to the owner of Glacier Homestead and they did give you a voucher to use at later date.

Be sure you completely read the reservation as some of their rooms are 7 miles from the hotel and they don't refund your money inside of 45 days. My bad.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT. It poured rain all day that I was scheduled to go fishing. I asked for a refund and they refused. They said "you'll have a great time" Really? At the time I was asking for a refund it was raining so hard you couldn't see across the street. Plus anyone with half a brain knows trout don't bite or feed while it's raining. $500 down the drain, literally. A very poor business odel
