Pretty much the worst customer experience I've ever had. Thomas was non-responsive, lack of professionalism handling the t-shirt order, and decline to provide status of order. Our team definitely DOES NOT recommend his services.

Ridiculously terrible and rude customer service to go on top of shady business tactics. If you're into being verbally harassed for following up on your order, not getting the correct order, and bold faced lies about previous conversations on said order, these are your guys. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you'd like to deal with decent people.

If I could write a negative star review I would. The owner of this company Thomas McGrath, who handled our order, lacked proper communication skills, he would not return phone calls or emails and would only communicate with me through text messages. He never provided a confirmation or invoice for our order, pushed back the completed date multiple times, and lied to me over the course of the two weeks he had my items about the status of my order. Finally on the day the product was supposed to be finished and delivered he told me they had not even been started or moved from their original drop off location, despite me having asked multiple times over two weeks what the status of our items were and him replying they were either "in production", "we're working on it", or "they were completed and shipped this morning". I then almost had to call the police to report stolen goods because after admitting the items had not been started and promising they would be delivered back to us two other employees, Eric and Matthew, ignored multiple calls, emails, and texts for several days confirming our items shipment or location. I eventually had to go back and pick the product up myself from their Chicago "office". The office is unmarked, sits above a dentist's office, and is rarely occupied by anyone. Oh and dont bother trying to call the company, 90% of the time no one answers or returns voicemails, regardless of what option you select. Completely unprofessional, shady, unethical business tactics. DO NOT do business with them.
