AVOID THE COMPANY! Bad client communication, follow thru, errors on orders, etc. Details below if you care to read them: These guys have treated my company very poorly over the past few years. They have messed up orders several times and such but I always gave them another go because they 1) were the local guys and 2) they always fixed the issues. I can no longer say its worth the trouble. They botched my last order (the print job looked awful) that was delivered beginning of April. The agreed to reprint, which was great, but then they failed to deliver. I got conflicting assurances to delivery timeframe, several months passed, and after several follow-ups over the months (I'm quite certain they forgot), the reprints finally showed up (Mid-October)…and there were still items missing! When they sent me the bill, it had the items on it not delivered. These people share a small office so I don't think open communication would be that hard! Finally they send me a new invoice and it was not mine but another customers. Lastly, still waiting on a revised invoice (not thinking anything of their delays...actually thinking they comped if for my troubles) they decided to send my "Invoice" to a collections company. ESP has sent no correct invoice via mail or email, made no phone calls or text messages (they have my cell phone), they gave 0% attention to client communication and respect! If they ever get me an invoice, a correct one that is, I will happily pay my balance as I always have. This review of them however is going nowhere because I truly feel that they earned tis one!

ESP Solutions are the go-to place for any and all company apparel. They are extremely thorough and make sure they have all the information to make the best products. We have had shirts/sweatshirts made up from them for the past 15 years with zero disappointment, and with anyone knowing my boss that is extremely hard to achieve!
