I went to graffic Graffix and tired them out. I came in paid in full as requested before service. They scheduled me at 9 on a Monday. I came in at 9. To my surprise none of the material was ordered. And they didnt even know their was a install on my vehicle. Poor customer service. I want be ever using them again.

When we lost a brother in blue, they produced a massive amount of shirts so we could all support him and his family, with proceeds going to the family in their time of need. We even got them fast enough we were able to wear them for his funeral. When we lost a second brother a short time later, traffic traffic was on it making shirts in memory of him as well. Outstanding company, outstanding compassion, and outstanding work! Thank you graffic traffic for supporting the MN DOC!

Mike - This is why we did not want to do business with you, not the League. A dishonest review. In a nutshell you called and threatened to take your very small order, 6 shirts, to another company if I did not give you digitizing for free. We at Graffic Traffic do not want to do business with people who threaten to take away their business if we do not give them something that our loyal customers pay for. For reference The League has order shirts in the past but not for a least two years and the order was for 9 shirts. As the president of the 3M Bocce Ball league, you do all the members and 3M a disservice by being a bully and putting out misleading reviews. You dis-honest review confirms our decision to not do business with you.

The St. Paul Bocce league has been dedicated to using Graffic Traffic as their sole provider of team embroidered apparel and accessories for about a decade. The league decide it was time to change their logo up a bit this year. Graffic Traffic used a 3rd party to digitize the embroidery design. I said we would like to negotiate digitization fee to only pay what their cost of using the 3rd party was and not the mark-up because of loyalty the league has had with them. That was only for the digitization fee. Paul, the owner, then accused me of trying to hurt his ability to feed his family (which seemed very inappropriate for our conversation). We had every intention of paying the mark-ups on the shirts, just wanted a kind gesture back on the digitization fee. I told him to consider it and get back to me and he never did. Needless to say, the bocce league has moved on to one of the SEVERAL other embroidery services scattered all around the metro. My rating of 2-stars is because the embroideries we've received have always been fine but the customer service, from the owner, was unprofessional and definitely in need of some work. Follow Up: Typical response from owner, claiming it's just a dishonest review. This review is fair and accurate. We didn't ask for the digitization for free we said we would pay at-cost. What is threatening about shopping around for the best deal. You were given first right of refusal, didn't want to deal, and so we walked. For everyone else, this was our experience, know that there really are several other embroidery and screen printing available and I encourage everyone to shop around.
