Hi Lydie, our apologies for the spelling error that was printed on your order from 2014- we do have customer-approval process in place to try and protect both tiny and our customers from the evils of typos! After, reviewing the order it looks like an error was made on the design proof, that was then approved- resulting in the misprinted shirts. We're happy to work something out with you even after all the years that have passed. I've attempted to email you, but the email you used on your order is no longer active, left a vm for you on Friday 5/18 as well. I am a Corporate Sales Trainer from Florida. I have a client that I do training for in the St. Louis area. Because of circumstances (winter storm), I needed to get some T-Shirts printed quickly and I needed help with the design. I called Tiny and spoke with Jackie and within a few minutes, she provided the relevant information and suggested the services that I needed to use to accomplish my project. Within a couple of hours, we had selected product, come up with a design that I approved and a delivery date for my order. The prices were fair and competitive. They are friendly, courteous and professional. I am completely satisfied with my order and the prompt attention to service for my need. I wholeheartedly recommend that you give them a try.

I don't think I've ever been more impressed with a small business. Procrastination got the best of me and I realized I had less than 2 weeks to order shirts for my best friends bachelorette party. I went online in a panic and looked up some local shops websites along with some non local ones. What hooked me onto Tiny Little Monster was the design a shirt online tool. My crazy artsy self then took another few days to create 6 different designs for 7 shirts which left me with 5 days until the party. I showed up Monday 8/13 without any type of appointment and explained my situation to the guy working there who was so professional yet laid back at one point I asked him if he was the owner (which he is not, but he definitively knew his stuff). He helped find the style of shirt I wanted with enough quantity in stock to make my design exactly as I pictured it (before i got there I already prepared myself for the disappointment of probably having to put the design on just a normal tshirt). He was able to pull up all of my designs from my account through their website and everything went surprisingly quickly. Even the price was great considering it was a unique design for 6 different shirts with a time frame of 4 days. I picked up by shirts today 8/17 and they look great! Even the quality of their design to print for rush orders is way better than I imagined it would be. I can't imagine another time I'll need to make shirts but I enjoyed this so much I'm already thinking about things to make for fun. Thank you Tiny Little Monster!

Tiny little monster is not a company that you want to deal withWe talked about a young lady that used to work there that is no longer thereI That had help me with my t-shirts. The lady told me thats why she is not there because the girl was unprofessional and she told me to go to Baked Tees in the Delmar loop now tell me this is WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!! But companies hire people like this.
