Customer service from the receptionist was not what I expected. Just because the bosses are away and it's Friday afternoon at 3 is not an excuse. Not really sure if I want to give them my business.

I am a repeat customer of Smith promotions and also an owner of a business for over 35 years. Unfortunately this time around in trying to do business W/ Smith promotions I am totally dissatisfied reason being I ordered apparell from them which they said they would email artwork to show me what my apparell orders would look like on different color schemes which I was interested in along W/ any changes I may like to make before proceeding. I had to call them twice after I did not hear back from them for over a week. Then they said they would call me soon which once again I had to call them back a few days later. They emailed me the artwork & I made a choice on 1 of the apparells but asked where was the artwork for the other order, they said they will check on it & get back to me real soon. Again over a week goes before i receive a call at which time they told me they do not have the paperwork for the other apparell order & cannot find it & would have to reorder the apparell on new paperwork & that the 2nd order would take much longer than the 1st apparell order, wrong answer I told her, why so much longer when you told me that the orders would not take nearly that long. They said they asked the owner & another person for the order which all said they didn't have it so like many people do when disappointed I cancelled all orders & took my business elsewhere. Unfortunately when the economy livens up the same thing happens to many businesses, they forget why they are successful, CONSISTENT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was referred to Smith Promotions from a Training For Warriors friend of mine, Mikey Murphy, who runs TFW Visalia and uses them for apparel for his gym members. I'm out in Rhode Island and have been unable to find a reliable company that's local. Smith Promotions have been incredible! They are not only super competitive with prices, but their quality and customer service are awesome. We use them for a lot of shirts (which Vanessa, who runs the day to day operations in the office, helped me pick the right one's and colors), but also for cinch bags that we use for goodie bags. They can do a lot more. I'm just glad I have a company that is dependable and quick. If you're in that area, I don't think you'll find a better company, but really, you could be anywhere in the US and still have a difficult time finding anyone better.

Simply said this company is a life saver. They have done jobs for me up to 5,000 shirts and have always met our time schedule. After using others and ALWAYS having problems, it is nice to know that the job will be done on time and correctly. You can not go wrong with Smith Promotions.
