I'm not the one that usually post bad reviews because I know everyone makes mistakes. I have been working with RMS for about 2 years on designing a program for my company which they completed 1/2 of the job. The program would work a few days then lock up and couldn't get on the program. After going to the phone store, I was told that they would never work because the devices they sold me was out dated, I called to let them know the problem. The salesman called within 30 minutes trying to sell me the newer device. I went out and purchased I pads for my employees which worked about a week and the system crashed. I gave them a lot of money to complete the system which never panned out, I reached out to them multiple times trying to get a refund with no luck. After 2 years of frustration I decided to stop trying to get the system to work. I ask for some of my money back due to all the problems with no luck. Think twice before getting taken advantage of.
