Sold a faulty new car: I purchased a new Peugeot 208 vehicle from Robins & Day West London late October 2021 through the assistance of Sales team member Mirza. (I originally wanted to keep my current car ((Peugeot 208 2018)) and to open an new contract through used vehicles instead.) But Mirza said no that arrangement can not be done. So I went ahead with the new vehicle purchase. Barely a month after the purchase, the vehicle began displaying signs of engine fault and warning signs on the display indicated that the vehicle was in urgent need of mechanical attention. I called a few times and the earliest date that was available for repairs was December 10th. As unsettling and unusual that a brand new car would indicate faults, I hoped this now fixed issue had been an one off incident. On 10th January 2022 the vehicle again presented the same problems that manifested in November 2021. I contacted Robins & Day West London, Peugeot (from a variety of phone numbers I was passed to) on the 21, 22 and 28 of January and again on 11 and 12 February to report the issues. I even tried contacting Mirza, who eventually told me to bring in the car so they can have a look, he said these things happens, I need to be reasonable, maybe we can give you a new car let me speak to my manager and Ill call you back. Still to this day I have not received a call back from any member of staff. On the 19th February the car was finally taken in for repairs through Peugeot Customer Care. After a couple of weeks I finally got a diagnosis on my vehicle. I was advised via email by the customer care manager Amelia Barrett- Newton on the 31st March - the ABS wiring loom is damaged due to rodent damage and all brake discs and pads need to be repaired due to wear and tear with the charge of just shy from 1000. The claim that the brakes pads and discs on the vehicle are worn due to normal wear and tear to be as nonsensical as they are disingenuous. Especially astounded at this claim in light of the fact that the vehicle had less than 3000 miles on the clock at the time the problem presented itself. Secondly I do not have a rodent infestation problem. I have resided at the same residence for over 20 years and parked my previous Peugeot vehicle at that precise location for many years and never experienced an attack of the rodents as you state. Robins & Day refuse to take responsibility for the faulty car I was sold and to repair it without charge or to give me what I originally paid for - a new vehicle. Also Peugeot Head Quarters have not responded to any of my or my lawyers letters. This issue has been ongoing for 3 months and I still have been without my car throughout this time. The lack of customer care, service, courtesy, communication, acknowledgment and efficiency I have received is beyond disappointing and completely unacceptable. This whole ordeal is spurious and absurd. Based on my experience I will not recommend Robins & Day West London or Peugeot made vehicles. I will be happy to pass my experience to your regulators and to the relevant media coverage without hesitation.

Very disappointed with the service at this Robins & Day on my Peugeot 3008, I delivered the car at 09.20am and was told it would be ready early afternoon. I was phoned as I was leaving to pick up the car and told it wouldn't be ready until around 5.00pm. I arrived at 4.55pm and was told it wouldn't be ready for another half an hour, an hour later I was told the car was ready and would be clean and valeted, it wasn't, it was in the same condition as when I dropped the car off. I am now wondering what else they didn't do that they should have done for my 323.

Amazing service from all at the dealership. Couldnt ask for a warmer welcome or a quicker turn around. Brought my car in for a service and a handbrake adjustment and the technician, Alex, did a great video which was very informative. Mona, Zahiar and Rishi were very friendly and professional.
