Hello Maria. We are sorry to see your poor review and completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we do have a strict late policy of ten minutes to ensure our office is running on time, which allows our other patients to be seen in a timely manner. This includes allowing our staff an adequate lunch break. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience and I personally take responsibility for my staff and we hope you reconsider. Will not work with patients if they are running a few minutes late. 10 min max is their grace period I had an appointment for my daughter which due to an accident on the freeway we got there at 12:50 it took my daughter 2 minutes to get her mask on before going in. We were at the counter at 12:52 the girl there told me that due to the extra 2 minutes they had to reschedule the appointment. They had to go to lunch so they couldn't make an exception even though they knew I was in the parking lot getting the mask on my daughter. They said we are going to lunch. If they don't care about retaining patients because they are overly concern with their lunch time, then don't need my money or my insurance. They just lost 4 patients! However the last time we visited this office Dr Mirone was very knowledgable, it's a shame he has some poor staff members. Enjoy your lunch ladies!

The receptionist and workers of that place need more preparation, they confuse patients who go there for the first time with existing patients, just because they have the same birthday , be careful make sure they are not confused with other people

If you are looking for a great optometrist Dr Mirone is the best! He fixed my prescription that was way off. The one I had was too strong and everything was blurry. After just one exam with Dr. Mirone I can see much sharper now! I referred my sister to him and she had the same results! She can see a lot better with her new prescription as well. Dr. Mirone is very professional, knowledgeable, and provides great customer service. The staff at the front desk is awesome too! They are always so welcoming and very helpful! Thank you to Dr. Mirone and staff for taking care of my family and me.
