Mediocre in-store experience, we got to see the appliances which we came in for and that did the job. However, the support & consultation we received from Michael Sasson, a sales rep there was minimal and unhelpful. He was less than keen and getting advice from him was like pulling teeth. When I was about to place a huge order and worked with him via email, it's almost like they don't want our order because there was little to no communication/support - went radio silent after one email. Trying really hard to place an order now with another rep but find it hard to put any extra effort and instead to just go to another retailer.
