Ordered a jacket with embroidery. I triple checked my order to make sure I did it correctly. They sent me a jacket with no embroidery. I was waiting for a proof. Never sent proof. Their customer service went silent on me when I asked for a refund. Never do business with these con artist. Pure scammers!
A real bummer, don't buy from these guys! Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. They are not responsive to email, messed up the coloring on my order and refused to provide a detailed invoice. The support manager responded to a different thread and left an email that bounced. If you like good customer service and actually receiving what you ordered, don't buy from here!
