You claim to be closed by 4:00 pm on weekdays. I made a phone call at 3:15 pm on March 23rd to both of your numbers and received the same message that you are "closed". It was 3:15. Your message and website say you close at 4:00 pm.

Im very disappointed with them. Two people came knocking on my door, they told they were an electric and gas supplier and my bill would be cheaper monthly by switching to them, and they also said since I was switching I would receive a $100 VISA gift card in the mail. They have made my normal $30 gas bill over $80 a month, and go figure no gift card lol. Ridiculous.

Tried calling several times to set up service in my new home. No one even answered the phone. Not even a machine. Just rang and rang until a Verizon message said the caller is not available.
