**UPDATE** We believe that this review is a false review, written in an attempt to harm our small business. This reviewer has only ever posted three reviews - all one star - and all on the same day - and for businesses in three different parts of the country?!? We reached out immediately after this review posted, asking for her to contact us so that we could try to figure out what really happened (thinking maybe she had accidentally reviewed the wrong place - it happens ;0), and never heard anything. We value freedom of speech and understand that people have the right to write anything they choose - but we feel we also have the right to tell you this review is 100% untrue. We have NO record of working with anyone by this name and more importantly, NOTHING like what she is claiming (ie. names and dates misspelled, etc.) ever happened at Smitten Boutique in Chicago. IF there is ever an issue with the quality of a product or the experience that one of our clients has, we deal with it immediately and would never, ever just shrug our shoulders and keep someone's money. Please do not judge our business by this propaganda. We take customer service very seriously at Smitten and I have gone through our invitation files and talked to everyone on our team (which is small) and no one knows anything about this - including our store manager? If there is ever an error on our part, our policy is to correct it for our customers and all issues are escalated to the owner so that I can ensure they are properly handled.
