Christopher, we have not only replaced those locks three times . We upgraded them to industrial heavy duty mechanical locks for free and upgraded the hinges for free and painted the gate for free and gave you closing springs .. you guessed it ..for free. The reason they broke everyday is because your guests kept jumping over the gate using the lever as a foot stool. I apologize if the HOA Chairman didn't explain to you the lever has a pressure release. But in no way did we run from answering phone calls and emails. Matter of fact, I've been trying to reach out to you for the last week to discuss your multiple harrasing reviews and explain how we fixed your problem and offer you a free gift card for dinner on us. But anyways I have uploaded photos of our gates to prove to the readers we stand behind our work .

This company installed locking gates for our community. They have BROKEN almost everyday since they were installed. This company is COMPLETELY INEFFECTIVE at trying to fix them. They do not respond to calls or emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. You would think fixing a handle on a gate would be something simple but apparently these guys can't even fix that and yet the owner is an "Architect". Yeah right. Better hope he never builds a bridge.

I don't know if this is a compliment or constructive criticism. But do understand bad review or no review, I would have made this right regardless . Unfortunately, we had workers busy from our first conversation but once I got my crew available we hauled ass and I stayed out there all day making sure you and your community was satisfied with the free upgrades and free add-ons for the gates you received from our company. Those upgraded mechanical locks are top of the line commercial locks and a gift to your community for anyone who had to walk around to other gate in the heat. Thanks and I hope you enjoy your gate upgrades .

I am editing my initial review of 1 Star as promised to the owner of 3rd Coast Developers. It did take from May 10th to June 28, 2018 to finally get working pedestrian gates for an HOA community, but at least Johnny made it right. It did take three scathing reviews from homeowners to make us a priority, at least 3rd Coast came through. As a Board Member of an HOA, I cannot say I would ever hire this company again. It was exhausting and took endless negotiations. Im sure this company does good residential work, yet, they didnt really know how to handle a commercial project. Im grateful this ordeal is completed and reliable materials are now in place to protect our homes. Before the gates wouldnt shut and/or lock.

It has been almost a year that I used 3rd Coast Developers to install a fence and gate in my driveway. I chose aluminum to avoid corrosion over time, which is nice to not have to worry about. However, it is a much softer material than iron and in two instances a bolt had to be strengthened. In both situations the support that I got from them was outstanding. The problem was solved in 24 hours. This is a company that you can really trust as they strive to get 100% client satisfaction.

I do not have any calls or messages stating that you were having issues with your railing. When you expressed concerns with your barn doors, we addressed the issue and made a permanent fix to solve the issue. Throughout the beginning and completion of your project, we had an open line of communication through text, calls, and emails. When it came to your needs, wants, and concerns during our interaction, I made it a priority to address them to the best of my ability. I wished that you would have reached out to me first before changing your review from a 5 star to a 2 star review. Unfortunately, I just became aware of the issue you had when I saw my review dashboard. I do not like the fact that you had to pay someone else to fix our mistake. You could have saved your time and money by just giving us a call to inform us of the issue. All of our work comes with a workmanship guarantee. If there are issues with the installation or in the fabrications of our products, we take responsibility and fix issues at no additional cost. Lastly, I would like to address the issues about someone else saying the railing was not up to code. We make safety a priority and ensure that all of the specifications for a safe railing system are met. I'm glad to hear your railing was fixed.

They did a great job with my custom barn doors. But with my railing they did not do such a great job. The railing is not up to code and is not safe. I had to get it redone by another buy another contractor.
