*SCAM ARTISTS* After being swindled into signing a contract with these people, and being promised that we would recieve training/tutorial and introductions to how the blue book network would work and benefit us, not to mention they already took our money, the representative completely ghosted us. We called her, left messages, emailed, etc. After not being able to reach her after multiple attempts, we tried calling customer service and corporate on multiple occasions only to be told that Dawn, the supervisor would eventually return our call. CRICKETS!!! This company is an absolute scam! They take your money and run!

This company is just like the Yellow Pages, they only come around when it is time for a renewal. Sales Reps do nothing to help you. When you call for service and you aren't in their territory they won't help if you are a branch office. They are full of empty promises. When you are up for renewal, they tell you they have so many people they can put you in contact with and will set up lunch appts but when push comes to shove, they are no where to be found.

The company I work for has been using Blue Book for years now and we love it! Our jobs get posted and subcontractors get invited in a timely manner on every single project. The customer service is wonderful, we work with Chris LoGiudice. He promptly answers any questions we might have and always has a positive and happy attitude. I highly recommend Blue Book!

If you want non-stop, endless and relentless spam emails, then this is the company to go with. Even after unsubscribing, reporting for spam, they're still able to push through emails through different vendors and bids. It's a bad business practice with no easy way of ending the communications you're not asking for. After calling and speaking with the manager Mark Murphy, he rudely refused to unsubscribe the email and stated that the only way to stop the emails was to upgrade from the "free account" and or he would remove my listing. Pretty unethical.
