Sadly I ordered a battery here, but was never called about replacing the battery. I called several weeks later to be told that "everyone is out of batteries," well this is a certified apple store and this is not acceptable business practice. They could not give me an ETA and put my name on a list, then never contacted me - but said they did when I spoke with them on the phone. Maybe contact someone and LEAVE A MESSAGE?! Maybe Apple should find a different provider in Springfield, waiting 6 months on a battery and then not getting notified when it's in will not work for me or any Apple customer.
