I am very dissapointed with the complete lack of results that Welcome Wagon has brought to my Co. I run an Auto Repair shop and They send out a set of 4 coupons that i have good luck with in the magazines, one of the coupons offers an oil change at a price that we lose 2 dollars,usually we can upsell for more work unless the car is fairly new and doesn't need any other services. Welcome Wagon has only brought in 2 customers in 8 months to the tune of $ -4.00 so far. Thats right NEGATIVE 4 dollars. I then wrote to Welcome Wagon explaining this and asked to be let out of my contract and i was denied my request. So i will suffer through the remainder of my Contract.---But i do "NOT" recomend this Co. to anyone
Hello Diane, I am very sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the art turn around time on changes. Not to make excuses, but there are times of the month that we are inundated with new ads and ad copy changes, which can sometimes lead to longer turn around times. I just spoke with our design department and a new proof was sent about 45 minutes ago.

Unfortunately we have not had a good response from their art department. It's taken over 24 hours for us to get a revised Facebook ad. I don't have time to keep calling and requesting this information. I've called and emailed them asking to see the revised copy. Initially they were responsive but after I requested 2 changes/corrections they've gone dark on me and now no one is even answering the phone! We started this program September 1st and with this level of customer service I don't expect we'll continue with them!
I'm having a blast meeting dozens of talented and passionate business owners/managers/crews in the communities I support! I had the pleasure of spending most of Friday pulling doors and 'talking shop' in Webster Groves and Fenton Missouri. I'm eager to help them grow their customer base and revenue.
I was very impressed when talking to Linda Farley at Welcome Wagon when dealing with our account. She was very helpful, courteous and professional and was willing to help us and was very fair. She listened and made sure that my questions were answered. When I contacted them with questions on our account, she contacted me in a timely manner and made sure that what I needed was a priority to her. Thank you Linda for your time and assistance.
