the ordering process was easy. the staff helpful and polite. the order 40.10. the items not for me [personal choice] so back into pack and returned immediately.p&p 3.00 postage paid by me as per guide,all within 24hrs .the refund was quick but when compared to order cost & including my return p&p 3.00 it actually worked out that to view and return cost me 10.[3post and further deductions from the company came to 7]. all of a sudden this experience was not so pleasant.i accept the return p&p, but the rest is not reasonable.25% overall not so pretty now!

Lots of choice, shame the pictures of the outside are their OLD location. And I visited online, not in person. Website searching appears to me pretty naff

Ordered some polo t-shirts for our Portable Toilet company (Simply Loos) and they came out amazing. Great detail, great quality, embroidery is fabulous and the customer care was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Top Embroidery. From start to finish, the process was quick and easy and great communication at all times from Josie :-) Added touch of getting an actual sized embroidered sample was a welcomed surprise. Will definitely be top of the list for the next order!
