I'm sorry you thought my comments were rude. I was directing you to do some of the work on your own to save money. You stated you would be able to do some of it yourself and then bring back what you had to reduce your art charges. $200 to make up the art for a tri-fold brochure with absolutely no art, no logo and mostly information from your competition's brochure is a good deal. My recommendations to start with business cards and move on to flyers was strictly to help you have time to make your brochure as professional and accurate as possible. Rushing artwork and producing them could cause wasted money.

I'm so sorry you were not satisfied with your shirts. You came to us and I suggested some different ideas to enhance your new branding on shirts. Printing on the inside of the shirt was something I suggested against that since the only person who would see the branding is the person who wears the shirt. Your final approval via email which you approved with "It's perfect" is what we produced. I also told you that if you needed changes on the next order I would make the adjustments at no charge.

Shirts R Us has been the worst experience ive had with any business. Lydia was disrespectful and very rude to me making slick comments and I was always nice and respectful anytime I spoke with her. She tried to discourage me with starting my business which I thought was very weird and unprofessional. You will not get customer satisfaction here its a waste time and money. Lydia over talks you that will cause her a lack of understanding of what the customer wants done. I asked her if she could fix my shirts correctly she didnt want to because she would have to put the shirts back on the machine and size it after she cut half of my logo off. She purposely tried to ruin my shirts. This was my first time with this company and definitely my last time with this company. Dont work with this company if you want things done right and want to be treated with respect. This place deserve NO STARS!
