We are sorry that you are unhappy with our policy. We make sure that we post our non-return and exchange policy throughout our store and let everyone know when they are making a purchase if they are not already aware. Our long-time and loyal customers appreciate that they can rest assured knowing that anything they purchase at our store has never been used or worn in any way. We totally understand if you do not agree with this policy, but it certainly did not catch you off guard and it is sad to see that you would write such a negative review about a locally owned small business when we did nothing outside of our policies to harm you. If you would like to bring your receipt and dress into the store, we will be happy to refund your money as both of us are unaware of you coming in to make an exchange or return. We are aware that we are not everyone's cup of tea. Our long-term, wonderful customers are our priority and promising them that everything they have purchased from us is 100% clean and unused is a promise that we will continue to keep. Upon further review of our records, we cannot find any record of you coming into our stores or calling us on our caller ID. Are you sure that you came into our store?

Bought my wife a dress for her graduation party at Jane Doe Boutique. Unfortunately did not fit. Went to return the next weekend with receipt and would not give me my money back! What retail store today won’t except returns! Stay away Riverside shoppers ☹️
