I had a horrible experience here today and I will never be back to shop. It’s unfortunate because I like their products and have been a longtime customer, but the staff they hire at this location (Swank is awesome) are incredibly rude, and unpleasant to deal with.

Neat store, went to shop for Kayaks but all of them are on displays that are non accessible to see how they are outfitted. Most of them are even so high you can’t even view the inside of the kayaks, after standing around waiting for an employee to speak we decided to leave. Not a very welcoming experience. They should consider bringing the Kayaks to floor level standing on end so they can be viewed by consumers if they aren’t going to assist customers on the floor.
