Lies. We had an original date of delivery between 9th and 16th. Those dates went by. I called Suddath, Jppso, and our storage contractor. The stories did not correlate and JPPSO was told the goods were delivered. We called Coleman, the contractor for our HHG storage and they told us a different story. Needless to say you could manage this project better than they could. Do a Dity if at all possible. I got a call today and was lied to about it being on a truck for weeks. I called Coleman and it hasn't moved. The problems can be excused, the lies not so much. Do better.

This is my eighth move, seven in the military and now a corporate relocation across country. This was by far the most excellent service and support I've received for a move. Kate Miley was a true, single point of contact and coordinated everything from the pre-survey all the way through delivery. Though there was some minor damage to household goods in shipment, Kate and claims coordinator Beatrice Kimes made it easy to get the claims process sorted out quickly. Moves are tough, but having people who care, helping coordinate everything, especially in times of COVID-19, made it easy. 5 Stars to Kate Miley, 5 Stars to Beatrice Kimes, and 5 Stars to Suddath for a great job.
