Terrible customer service. My wife recently waited 20 minutes for a vacant changing room. One room was claimed occupied while what appeared to be a teenage daughter and mother socializing with an employee, not once utilizing the room. The other room was in use during this time. My wife ended up walking out frustrated due to the inefficiency and lack of awareness by the staff.
