Id only come here if you need to print 20+ pages or more. I stopped by to print one page which would typically cost 10p but they have a 2 minimum, and they dont accept all card payments. To hit the minimum, they have an assortment of overpriced pens, notepads etc that you can add on. There are other print shops in the area that charge 10p that I would rather have gone to. I left feeling bad for the environmental impact after grabbing a notepad I wouldnt use, and my one piece of paper.

If you speak to the American sales assistant you will be sorted as she is polite and professional. The rest are miserable and unhelpful, they answer the phones and close the store when they feel like it so you can't plan anything whatsoever.

We advertise our minimum spending policy outside and inside of our office and we inform each and every customer before we proceed to print. Your case we informed you and you didnt print anything but you left negative review that is not fair. We are in central London high street print shop, running a business is very expensive in this area. If you had time you could have visited a few other local printers to see how much they charge and why. You will be shocked!! Most of the other places Minimum Spending is 6 and more. Our Minimum spending 2, you can get 20BW A4 or 4 colours A4. 2 is not only for piece of paper; usually it takes 10-15 minutes to serve someone to print a ticket or few pages. Most of the time customer needs help to print their ticket or few sheets. A member of staff needs to spend time. We do get a lot of people complaining about the 'Minimum Charge', we wouldnt mind to stop printing tickets but for few we dont want to put majority in trouble. There are a lot of people they are happy to pay 2 even more, as we offer a fast, friendly service so that people dont have to wander around to find a printing place.

Worst place ever, just wanted to print one paper black and white. They charge minimum of 2 pounds and they dont even know how to crop it.
