The order placed with FTD was serviced by Sharma's Florist. The arrangement was 2 days late; didn't even come close to what was ordered; and I definitely don't believe the value versus cost was met. The color scheme was nothing like the example. As a matter of fact - it looked it was put together with left overs from other arrangements made. I am very disappointed with this service.
