Appalling work, made a mistake fitting our bathroom flooring and covered it up by bodging with loads of mastic. I will never use again.

Really nice people, but after a few short months the lovely springy carpet in completely flattened and bobbly. MA staff member visited and said there was nothing wrong with the carpet. Since then the carpet has just got flatter and flatter. What an expensive mistake. I just wish they hadnt pushed this particular carpet when we went in

Wanted bedroom carpet. Carpetright wanted over 700. M.A.Flooring was under 500! Paid for it on Wednesday and they're fitting it on Friday! Lovely friendly service. Won't go anywhere else now.

Come across professional but feel let down . Carpets fitted well in two bedrooms .Hallway & Kitchen Vinyl cost near 700 I feel unhappy .First few days a spot if sauce was drop in kitchen could not remove it . Guys came out put some solution on a cloth rubbed it and made it spread (worse) they said basically it has a brush grain in it the vinyl yet never had this problem before ( making me feel I choose this ) .On top of that I get a leak from kitchen back door when it rained ( this being replaced as I type ) itches pointed out that the kitchen vinyl was laid with double sided tape onto orginal vinyl tiles .All round the kitchen cupboards are uneven (bubble creases) .Was told double tape is ok to use for the size of kitchen no need to use spray adhesive had they took the orginal vinyl tiles where taken up it would occur more cost ( which I knew ) hallway was concerte and sealed so no problem. I believe I got a shabby job for the money that was spent plus your made to feel your always wrong when there is a fault. What a shame when the Carpets are lovely at 600 inc fitting and the Vinyl looked like wood floor was 700 .. Sharon would reply to all emails but made me feel it my fault .
