There is no way to know if the product is any good as it will not allow me to use the customer ID or product key that I have been sent and ESET closes prior to their listed closing time which does not allow me to make contact after I finish my work day which by the way ends an hour prior to the time that ESET lists as their closing time. (going on for two weeks now) I have left three messages, none of which have been returned, and attempted several calls. Please save your money as there appears to be no product being sold, they are more than willing to take your payment but if assistance is needed they are no where to be found. Incredibly poor organization. The only reason there is one star with this post is that they wouldn't post it with zero.

Very poor customer service. Ordered eset with a cd mailed to me. Username and Password printed on cd do not work. Customer service has been horrible 40 minutes hold time with no answer, emails returned telling me I have only typed it incorrectly. Unable to get resolved horrible service

I purchased the products and could not install, tried to get help on the phone and i was on hold for over 4 hours and still don't have the solution. Their customer service sucks, don't ever use them
