This company advertises itself to be 'for the townsfolk' of Mount Airy as well as for its business's, however when I went in to get a few personal projects printed, I was treated with impatience and rudeness. I only had one of the three items I had asked for printed, because the owner did not want to take the time to figure out why my posters were printing horizontally on a vertical sheet of paper (something which takes a total of 2 minutes for anyone with any experience using a printer). She insisted, after trying once, that it was because I sent the files improperly, which I later checked and had not. She also drastically raised the price on sticker paper between the two times I visited, a passive way of saying "don't come back" rather than simply advertising properly and saying they don't do personal print jobs. Overall, I was disappointed, and felt a little scammed out of my money walking out of this establishment.

I wish, I can help you to resize 4 art work from your phone and resize them 2.34, set them up 4 up and print for 1.25. Please be honest on your reviews, no when was rude to you. I felt you were not only rude you were disrespectful when you try to offer $1.25 for $15 work. Can you go to Walmart and say I will give you .25 what you charge for $1.25 for print. We take pride for our good customer service. Wish you the best!

I was told over email that they could help me with a t shirt printing job for which I already had a t shirt. They asked the size of the t shirt but failed to tell me it needed tags on it. (They also said they didnt have that shirt size anyway so i needed to bring it.) The shirt was shipped to me from Old Navy a few days ago, I washed it once because it was for my 3 year old sons birthday shirt. So I went to the Mount Airy store to be told that they could not complete the job because the shirt didnt have tags. I even offered to show them the order email. I needed this for my sons birthday next week and we leave for the Outer Banks tomorrow. Extremely disappointed, especially after being told that they could do this job.
