If I could leave a written review on 0 stars I would. So just know the 1 star is actually 0 in my book. Called for info to rent a surfboard for my son and I as we wait for ours in our furniture shipment. Man answered the phone. Didn't want to answer many questions. Refused to give name and when I tried to get pricing he hung up on me. Thanks for the bad service cause we found that Ventura Surf shop was very helpful, professional, awesome customer service assistance as well as receiving our money that Seaward Surf and Sport obviously didn't want.

The grey haired man behind the counter was not very helpful.... waiting on everyone but us.... my back was hurting I sat down while the little woman was shopping .....she went outside for a minute ... I stayed in the store and he asked me to leave ..... I will never buy anything from here again
