Received cosmelan peel yesterday. The delivery was good. Used cosmelan peel for 8 hrs. Did not have any effect not even a slight redness. After using cream 1 , it is suppposed to have slight redness on day 1. I sent my photo to customer service after putting on for 8 hrs. Just wasted my whole day doing this. How could they scam people to waste money and time. Very poor quality. Though it looked original has fake products. Never buy from this site. Reported to customer service and said over the phone that they donot sell fake products. Words donot prove authenticity, The products after use clearly says how aunthentic they are. I would also not like to wrote such a review but when you spent your dollars and you are scammed with fake products, at least want to aware other people. I would like to ask for refund money. I donot know about other products from this site but donot buy the cosmelan peel from them guysShould have trusted some really negative reviews on this site for cosmelan kit. The kit has no effect at all.

I did not know other people who encounter products stuck at customs of the USA, at least I met many times. some times I can provide some documents, but the FDA registration number should be provided by the manufacturer, but we both know almost products are not registered at FDA. so only return my package back to the Reliable Medicare, then I will not get any refund, and they will charge a higher shipping fee for redelivery my return package. I am not accepting this ridiculous return policy. I ask them to provide a discount for the redelivery fee, they are refused. I did not have any idea. I want to know if you meet this problem, what is your resolution. because without products on time, my customers are gone. I can not get my money back, and lost profits. I asked for a discount on the redelivery fee, nobody replied to me. then I asked for a refund. but you guys are refused. and said if I did not pay the redelivery fee then destroy products without refund. anyway, community with customer service countless times already. nothing changed, still the same. You can ask all customers in here who feel is fair to pay the redelivery fee the same or higher than the previous shipping fee. if the customer did not get the package, you should redelivery without charge. the international market has a legal problem. some documents customers should not have. the shipper should provide some information to the customers. if the shipper can not, why push responsibility to customers which is not good customer service. now I read all the reviews except the good reviews because almost good reviews are not real. If you can leave a good reviews then you can get a free shipping is this a policy, so some reviews are not accurate. some people said their products are fake, I am really care this problem. so can someone who tell me how do you know their products are fake. then I can check also. other problem is not the best importent. but products qulity is very importent, I hope these about fake products review are not real. I am really worrry about it. may be need to contact with manfacture to check the products right? who can answer my questions.
Very bad experience. The products are fake. I would never recommend them to anyone!!
