My appointment is at 8am for a cleaning. It is 843 and they finally called me in. Then get in the chair they tell me I'm not getting a cleaning done. It's an exam only. I explained to them that I already had x-rays done a few months ago. The receptionist wanted a physical copy of the x-rays when my dental office baystate was willing to send electronically free of charge. But nope they want physical so it going to cost me 30 dollars and 2 appointments before I get what I came here for...a cleaning. Patients beware to block 2 hours if decide to go here. Staff disorganized Receptionist rude and only seems to care about talking about her personal life instead of taking control of what needs to be taken care of you had 3 patients waiting but your talking about personal stuff that has nothing to do with dental. And you had a dental emergency come in but didn't warn the other patiens about the delay???

Worst costumer services I have a primary doctor that I can never see when I need to if i go to the emergency room they one you follow up with primary doctor that never will happend only choice is seen other doctor wish I dont feal okay with that they dont care about your health

Holyoke health Dental was good to Kyle, to a sense. They have specialists that enrolled him in insurance. They also saw him like in a few days for his pain and treated is dental infection by giving him rinse, and antibiotics.now his antibiotics are out, I really wish they scheduled a follow up to ask kyle about his situation now. I really wish Dr bolano called maxillofacial and faxed the paperwork for him so he can be seen sooner. His appointment in July 7th, such a long time to deal with pain.

Waited on hold for 54 minutes, was immediately transferred to the wrong department without admin listening to what else I needed to say, then had to get transferred back to the main number and start waiting again.
