The camera footage was reviewed to make sure the situation was handled appropriately. You arrived at 5:57 and were kindly informed that the store closes at 6:00 so you only had a few minutes. At 6:00, it was announced that Kidzone was closed, which is procedure to inform customers to bring purchases to the register. An employee was waiting at the counter in case you had a purchase. As a small business, we follow our posted store hours so that our few employees are not overworked. Often, employees have other obligations (school, second jobs, childcare, etc.) that require them to leave on time.

Great place but extremely rude. I walked in at 5:50, they closed at 6pm. Ran and got what I needed and they said store closed and shut lights off.
