Impossible to get a hold of anyone. The leasing agent does not answer when you call them directly, nor do they return your call when you leave a message. When you call their main office, the secretary will only direct you to your leasing agent which then goes straight to voicemail and no returned call. I have never dealt with a company that is so incredibly hard to communicate with. Do not do business with Oxford

Unresponsive. Terrible service. Not sure how these people are even in the business of renting in Ann Arbor.
I've never lived in a place that has this good of a maintenance team. Anytime something breaks, I almost always have it fixed by the next day. It's been a very nice change of pace.
My apartment is charming inside and the location is perfect - it is close to everything I do. I am very impressed with Oxford's responsiveness to questions and maintenance issues. Everyone I've interacted with has been professional and kind. Love it so far!

If I could give less then one star I would. They may actually be the worst company to rent from in Ann Arbor. The receptionists are okay over all though I'm not convinced that they actually follow through on everything they say they will. I'm sure they deal with plenty of obnoxious students who ruin properties but that doesn't excuse them treating tenants like trash. When we first moved in the maintenance was awful. They would not follow through on requests. And they would show up without notice for non emergency situations biweekly. Sometimes without even knocking. They'd just walk right in. As a young woman who was often home alone that was terrifying. The past year the maintenance service has improved some what. No more barging in at least. But still seems like the jobs that get done are not done properly. The office staff seems a little better but still not up to basic standards. I don't expect much from rental companies. But you can expect even less from Oxford.
