Mike, Our residents safety is important to us. We have quickly and appropriately handled all incidents to ensure a secure community by making sure when there are malfunctions with the call box, it is addressed immediately. We would like to recommend that you reach out to the carrier of your packages to have a signature when packages are delivered to ensure delivery to your apartment. If you are still having issues with your washer and/or dryer, please submit a maintenance request so that it may be looked at and repaired. We would like you to know that we are currently working on the upgrades to the internet. As you have seen, upgrades have already been made to the courtyard, so please stay tuned as Spring progresses to see more improved grills and seating areas. If you would like to personally discuss your concerns with our General Manager, you can contact the office any time within business hours.

No security/gates always opened. Call box never works. Packages stolen. Takes days to do laundry. Weak internet. Grills in courtyard always dirty and only one hardly works. Addressed these issues many times nothing seems to change. Definitely not living here again.

One of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. It definitely has nothing to do with Park East themselves, as I have lived in Sky Eleven which is managed by the same company however between the maintaince problems and surrounding residents the Cresco was awful. I had to have the washer and dryer replaced numerous times. Trash pick up stopped about 3 months into the lease, and the dumpsters location is extremely inconvenient. Cigarettes are left everywhere around the Cresco along with other trash. My TV constantly had issues, along with my AC/heat. I purchased a parking pass to park in the garage thinking it would be safer however anyone has access to this garage including the homeless who tend to hangout in the garage and surrounding areas of the Cresco.

Rachel, thanks for reaching out with the concerns for your boyfriend. We have been in constant communication with residents who have an open work order for their washer and dryer. Can you please have your boyfriend contact our office at [email protected], so we can speak to him directly about the issues he is having. We are onboarding a new facilities manager and would love to get this work order completed. Once that work order is placed we will be over within 24 hours to fix those blinds and the door.

Just moved here a month ago with my boyfriend and this place is absolutely horrible. Our washer and dryer has been broken since we moved in and they have yet to come even look at it. Weve been going to the laundromat Our bedroom door is also broken and our blinds. This was all broken when WE MOVED IN. Weve called probably over 10 times and still wont do anything lol Rent here is very over priced for how this place treats us. Also the gates are broken, so anybody can come in..
