They were supposed to do a logo for me (that was a Thursday) and I was told they would send me samples early that next week. Never got anything. I waited until the next Friday and called them. I was told, "We got busy I don't know what to tell you. It will be next Wednesday." I wanted to leave a review on that and how they didn't seem to care at all, but again I waited and tried to have grace. I finally got a couple logo samples that next Wednesday. I was told if I didn't like any just to let them know and they would work on some more ideas. Over a week goes by and today I get an email saying, "I regret to say this but we are so short handed here that our designers just cannot find the time to work on your project." Are you serious!!? I wasted close to a month waiting on a design that I would've like to of had asap so I could order shirts and hoodies from them. If Hands On pushed me aside because I'm not a "big enough" business, you should be ashamed of yourself. Here's the kicker... They ended the email with, " I do hope you will consider us once your logo is created for any of your screen printing, embroidey and vinyl needs." I DO NOT RECOMMEND HANDS ON.
