The falsely advertise. And the apartments are not close to worth what they ask for. There is nothing luxurious about the apartments. They are litterally falling apart around us. They often stop working or dont work properly. Pot holes in parking lot go weeks without being filled. Staff in the office is ok. The manager is really nice. People that live here make way to much noise in the parking lots. Car base too loud, yelling acrossed the parking lot. It is the cheapest place in town that we found that dont turn away for bad/no credit, which is the reason we moved here in the first place. People say its ghetto and yes it is but its safer. Its a safe area.

The residents here are terrible. As well as the management. I've had problems come up with other residents breaking and entering into my apartment. Along with that they have stolen countless items of value from me. I've filed plenty of police reports and my front door is STILL broken. No saftey, no security, avoid this place at all costs.

I been here 5 years no problem just the people here Some are annoying,but they do need Cameras because My car was stolen January 10th right in front of my door while warming up, for work smh over everything else very affordable
