The seller of the Handi house makes no warranty. So if you get a defective handi house, which I did, you are at the mercy of the manufacturer in upstate Georgia. Waiting one month for repairs and in the mean time my possessions are getting wet. Big investment with no warranty? I would think twice if I were you.

I Ordered one 7 years ago. Solid build. Fastforward to today. They no longer use half the hardwhare inside to tie everything togeather. panels not sealed up and seals half off the doors. Overall a sturdy shed but for the price they charge for them now and to be using less hardwhare and rushed looking finish its very disapointing. The sellers are GREAT to work with. The Installers are GREAT to work with. The Product is just not the same as it once was. Something to keep an eye on if your a repeat customer.

In 2017 I bought my first shed from Jamie at this location. That building did just fine and didn't move an inch. Like most guys I have too much "stuff". I went back to Handi House of Orange Park. Jamie was there and again he worked with me. I picked out my first choice and did the arrangements. However often you need to the best of the best so you have no regrets. The choices on the lots were plenty for my needs. When all was said and done, I picked a 10 by 16. It was delivered today. The men were on time and great at drop off and setting up. Jamie and crew Thank You for all you did for me. Ron and Lyn both completely satisfied repeat customers.

So far, I've bought 3 sheds for my parents. Sales Manager, Jamey, is very knowledgeable about all their products and is extremely helpful. I will be back to purchase a steel garage- I wouldn't go anywhere else!

We ordered our shed June 1st. We were told by Jody it would only take 3-4 weeks to build the shed and be delivered. After 5 plus weeks we called to see what the hold up is. We were informed the door was on back order. We were never called to be advised of the hold up. After 2 more weeks of waiting my husband drove to the location just to see if our shed was there. It was, and apparently it was dropped and damaged when unloading it off the truck. I waited a couple days to see if they were going to call us and let us know, they never did. I called and had to leave a message, letting them know we drove by and saw our shed is there with severe damage. They finally called my husband and admitted to dropping it when unloading it. They were supposed to fix the damages and have it delivered the following day. When they came with the shed, I looked inside to see it was infested with bugs. They said theyd take care of that. This is supposed to be a brand new shed built to our specifications. Unfortunately the shed could not be delivered because our yard was too wet, and the same for the following week. It is now Aug 7 and our shed is supposed to be delivered today, so we will see. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and the companys ethics. We were on a timeline for this shed so we could move things in to have our home remodeled to make it wheelchair accessible for our daughter. I would not recommend this company. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.
