Upon purchase we let all of our customers know of our final sale policy as reinforcement to our sales policy signs both at our register and atop the sales counter. Had we had the size you requested to swap, we would have been more than happy to accommodate. Being that we had no other sizes available, we are only able to offer a trade in credit (typically at current market value) toward the purchase of another pair.
