Hello Ms. Johnson, Thank you for your email. The behavior you have written about by the maintenance men is not appropriate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will definitely handle this internally. Should this ever happen to you again, please contact our office immediately. In regard to your comment about performing sneaky inspections, however we will drive by the property to ensure that it is being well maintained. It was at the request of the owner that we performed an external inspection and as per our records this occurred last week. At the time of inspection, we found broken children's toys at the curb and in the front yard. We also found that the lawn had not been maintained as per your lease agreement and evidence that a car had been parked in the front yard. These are violations of your lease and as an agent owner, we must know how the property is being maintained to preserve it for you and the owner. As for your last full inspection, it was scheduled for 5/9/18. We notified you on 5/2/18 by text and we sent a mailer. This would be much longer notification than you have described. I also notice you had made many allegations regarding the need for repairs but we show that there has been only one request for maintenance service in the last year. We will be contacting you to find out what matters have not been addressed and work with you to maintain the home in its best condition. We felt the need to respond to your review because it does not appear to be quite accurate. Yet, we do appreciate your voicing your concerns.
