East End president Jonathan Yormak says he loves the lower east side, but he is destroying the single most important building facade in the entire area! Both from an aesthetic point of view (there is nothing ike it in the entire city!) and from an historical angle (it's history goes back over 100 years to the Yiddish theater and before). Who needs another glass tower, especially in the East Village, where it is totally out of character with the neighborhood. This unique, historic facade will give some neighborhood character to your completely bland, boring building.
