Your review is dishonest and conveniently leaves out key details of your case, which you did not give us a chance to resolve before posting this review. Here are the facts of your case: Our website quotes a 1-3 business day shipping timeline. We ship packages Monday - Friday and aim to ship out packages on Saturday, but that depends on staffing, order volume and whether or not our UPS drivers actually make a pickup. You ordered your boots on Friday, Feb 18. Monday, Feb 21 was a bank holiday. As of yesterday, we were on business day 2 of our estimate, including Saturday. We've advised you that your boots would ship out on business day 3 (Tuesday). This was not an acceptable answer for you, and you sent insulting and disrespectful emails to us about the matter. We find this behavior offensive to us (and all small businesses) your boots were on schedule to ship within our stated timeline, you did not give us a chance to resolve your case (by shipping your boots) before posting the Google review, and your review contains inaccurate and false information. Your behavior towards my team was disrespectful and rude and we have zero tolerance for that. Given the attempts at deceptive reviews and your behavior towards my team, we have refunded your orders, and we will not accept further business from you.

Online buyer beware! I wrote a similar review for the store in Santa Fe because its the one that will not ship my order. Anyone ordering online here needs to understand that any online business seems incredibly secondary. I am $2000 into two pair of boots and I cant get anybody to actually send them to me. Yes, I am mad so I will not continue to rant But I hope its taken to heart that you need to be careful ordering here. UPDATE: Without calling me or reaching out both of my orders are now cancelled after leaving them a bad review. Let that sink in yall.

This place is dope. I came here looking to buy my first pair of selvedge jeans. Gen was awesome and helped me find the perfect fit. Hemming was extremely fast too. Im so glad I came into the store because I never wouldve found the right cut and size for myself online. Love my new jeans!

This is not only a shop for cool stuffs you could ever find on earth only but this a place operated by a group of GOOD people.
