Contacted this dealer on the cars.com ad of a new Bmw m5 cs they listed at msrp. Okay even if theres a huge markup that should be disclosed by the sales rep when they email me off the bat right especially when the salesperson sent me a link to the car in the email with the price at, you guessed it, msrp on their website ? Such a waste of time and back and forth You deserve 0 stars
Id give a half star if I could, to reflect the half effort they put in to selling me the car. I found the car myself he didnt even sell me on it. Skip this place I didnt pay their 10% $5000 mark up and in return I didnt get my vehicle even set up with the free sirius xm for 1 year or the My BMW application which is a requirement for selling new BMWs. According to BMW of America. Its going on 3 months and Rene didnt put much effort even after I opened a case with BMW directly. THEY DONT CARE!!!! Skip this place in order to get a decent experience!!
Rene and Steve are some of the best salesman Ive ever dealt with. Exceptional knowledge and incredible friendly presentation is what you will get with both of these guys. Definitely recommend everyone to check this dealership out and make sure to ask for these guys.
Terrible place for servicing your car, you have to wait 30 min and hope someone remembers to bring your car, made appointment weeka ago for a loaner vehicle when Im taking my new car to service that needs a coolant top off once a month (was told by the worker there its because my car has a turbo and its fast) got there was told they had no loaners available which was another lie, they hold the loaners for higher clients that have the 7 series and cars like that. This was the 3rd time it happened made a scene and somehow magically a loaner vehicle appeared after treats of calling corporate and listening to the recording of the call I made where the lady promised me a loaner.terrible, service manager John is really good though, hes always helpful in anyway he can no complaints againts him
