I have provided all the help I possible could by providing you a copy of the "ticket"(not a receipt). The receipt was already provided to your husband who was the one who dropped off the item. The "ticket" serves as a "ticket" for repair pick up only. Our machine does not provide receipt copy for card purchases after the transaction date. I have explained it to you multiple times that we will not be able to provide you a copy of the receipt and instead provide you a copy of the ticket in regards to your situation of your husband who is out of town and has the receipt on hand. For the record, you were the one who began raising your voice. You continued to complain and raise your voice even after I had kindly explained and provided you an alternative solution.
