Service not helpful. Cars mislabeled. Pricing are pretty good and negotiable. The key is to go there knowing more than the salesman does about a specific vehicle. But for me it was a waste of time.
bob (store owner) was very nice however, he sold a car that shouldnt have been sold. got a 2014 vw passat as my first high school car in july 2021, knew of a misfire problem since bought, was told it would be fixed before id receive it. after being fixed the engine light came on every two weeks for cylinder 3 misfire. about a month ago was when you could actually feel the misfire (violently shaking, rpm needle going up and down) and was now misfiring on two cylinders. brought into a local vw repair shop, turns out it needed a new timing chain set and new fuel injectors. cost $4,000. learned my lesson, do not buy a car thats broken even if it may look like it has a good carfax report or passed inspection a few months prior
We've purchased two cars from here. They are real people, no run arounds. You just want to check out a car? Fine. You want to buy? Great. No pressure from these guys. Both of our vehicles were quality. One, we were going on vacation so couldn't pick up a car, they let us put a deposit to hold it until we returned, awesome! Will continue buying from them!
UPDATE...Had to report them to the BBB because they screwed me over on a promised repair. They didn't repair it correctly to this date. After my mechanic looked at it we learned the doors were full of water. Apparently, they have a reputation for selling cars that were flooded. BEWARE!!!!! Service manager and owner are total jerks to deal with. Service is not done on site and service manager schedules service appointments on his day off so your car just sits. No lender vehicles.
