The truck was advertised for sale I agreed to purchase the truck at the asking price . I left a deposit and was to pick up the truck when the title arrived I was then notified they were unable to sell the truck and would need to return my deposit I agreed I was then contacted at a later date asking if I was still interested in purchasing the truck so again I agreed to purchase it with them knowing I was a dealer so I do not see where any harm was done especially when asking price was paid Read less

there is a reason for the lack of reviews on Yelp. As they are requesting them be removed as mine was earlier. As a struggling military family we are very disappointed to see our vehicle on here, intended to sell to someone in need and instead sold to him. He said he was buying it for his son and we had a friend who needed the truck much more we would have sold to for a lower price had we know he bought the truck just to sell it over double for what he purchased it from. This feels very dishonest and had he know it was worth so much more he should have been honest. All of the information on here is true and I am hoping this doesn't get deleted again as the information on here is 100% true.

Jeff you had ample time to decide if you wanted the truck as you stated more then a month. Freddy did everything you asked and more trying to assist you with the purchase. You called and told him you where not approved for the loan so at that point we told another customer it was available he came prepared to buy, looked at the truck and purchased it. Im sorry that you then talked to the financing company and got a approval after you told us you had been denied.I feel this review is very unfair considering the length of time and everything else we did to try and accommodate you regarding the truck. If we held every truck based on people trying to get approval we would not be in business long. Please feel free to give me a call anytime to discuss this matter further.

Seem nice but delay in giving you a final price. Talked with them for more than a month on a vehicle. Once we reached a deal I went through their preferred financing and while I was finalizing that paperwork, and after they issued me a purchase order, they sold the car out from under me. Buyer beware. Get everything in writing.

First they will make you waste a whole day by keeping you in their dealership making you think the accountants and the financier are busy with their customers. Second. When you finally get to finance your car they will add on about 15 grand on a 30 grand car. So basically the wait time is a trick for you to get fed up and buy the car regardless of how much they added up to it because it'll make you say *i wasted a whole day so I might as well just get it now* Oh and don't forget they charge you 3 grand if you ask for a car fax report.
