I agree with other poor company assessments. BPW is poorly run with unprofessional people who makeup there own rules as they go along. I requested service and paid for it. In the end I paid four times the original quoted fee. Then when they installed my service they tore out the next door neighbors electric service. Not a well run company.

Very bad people, policies, service, bad company, all the way around....other reviewer was right- monopoly! And very clear they dont care about customers. Rude staff.
