I tried this product with the hairbiotic and stress adapt. I saw the reviews and met someone who actually used it and was so excited to start using it. Within an few days, I got a rash on my arm which is still healing and til this day my facial skin is pealing and is scaly. Before this, I never had issues with my skin and its very disappointing that Im still going through it. Now I have to wait for my dermatology appointment to see how to rectify this. I cant even wear makeup because it highlights the imperfections in my skin.

Impossible to cancel subscription. Their business model is setup to just send, send, send product. No way to cancel online. Via phone no one answers or does callback.
I definitely noticed that my nails were much stronger from the beginning. I have other skin conditions and androgen receptor issues, so Nutrafol together with the Manet hair line has made my hair grow and become thicker.

I personally, love, love this product. But only giving 4 stars because it has been over 2 weeks since getting my product in the mail and I have a subscription. This is appaling, since the payment went through. How long does it take to mail 3 bottles, and give it to the post office? I do it all the time, it doesn't take that long or much effort to do. I don't understand how the are handeling that. Also, it is nearly impossible to get intouch with someone on the phone. I will file a compliant regarding this. Horrible, also how do they think and expect people to keep up with the regimin if they don't process the orders in a timely manner? And no accomadation either whatsoever. Not happy.

Well i like their products but honestly its twice now that i have ordered their hair vitamins only to have them guarantee a delivery date and have them never show up... and not just days late, they never show up! Then ive had to go through the headache of dealing with the return process and refund etc. Honestly its too bad that their delivery process and customer service is whats ruining a perfectly good product.
