The staff is very friendly here but the quality is horrible. Our company purchased shirts and when we washed them the shirts faded and even one shirt looked as if the print wasn't done properly the blank ink faded into a blue ink. When we brought this to their attention they asked for us to bring the shirts back that were not washed or used and told us they would reach out to us with a solution. They never reached out, we had to call them- and then when we did call them they said that they washed the shirts and nothing was wrong even though they agreed with the shirts we showed them that something was wrong. I wouldnt recommend this place for anything other than the hats. If youre looking to spend money on prints for a one time use only then itll be okay, but if not then youd be wasting your money.

i printed with IGT one time and asked for screen printing the job which was initially suppose to take 7-10 days ended up taking over two weeks. The whole experience felt like I had to keep up with them it was very UN-organized. When Igt sent me graphics to confirm i missed the first day so it fell in with the rest of my emails and i missed it. Six days later when i was suppose to be receiving my shirts i found out they were waiting on me to confirm a email. They only sent the email once and never bothered checked to see if i confirmed it. I couldn't even imagine how long they would have let me wait if i didn't complain. Then when i threatened to get my money back because it was going to take another week to finish printing 25 shirt. The process time speed up all of a sudden.The day finally came when i had to pick up my shirts they looked good but something was wrong they were a bit glossy for screen printing but me being a rookie i jus thought it was jus fresh ink. but really it was done in vinyl. Which later i found out would start disappearing dramatically after one wash black ink that turned green.I guess that's why they were able to speed the process up so quick. All in all the experience with them was slow and unorganized and i felt as if i were bothering and forcing them to print something i paid for in the amount of time they gave me.

I would not recommend IGT Design. They never reach out or call you with updates. I would always call and sending emails to find out about our shirts,hat and etc. We were also promised a pick up date. On that date we called to see if can pick everything up. I was told at 4pm, that our items would not be ready?! When asked why she didnt call, I was given every excuse on why she could not/ unable to call me?! Not to mention the attitude she gave me. When I asked to speak to the owner because of the our dalema. I was told she was the owner. This was our second time using IGT and had similar trouble then with the lack of communication. It like the cliche Shame on me once...Shame on me twice. Buyer beware!!
